Jennifer Lopez channeled another A-list glamour goddess -- Angelina Jolie, circa the Academy Awards 2012 -- at the 2013 Grammy Awards at the Staples Center in Los Angeles on Sunday, Feb. 10. The 43-year old singer and actress flashed major, major leg (and one shoulder) in a stunning, super-sexy black gown by Anthony Zacarello.

"They didn't say anything about leg!" Lopez protested. "I thought i was being such good girl -- [just] a little shoulder and a little leg."
In a surprising email obtained by Deadline, CBS expressly forbade presenters, nominees and performers from pushing the envelope with the evening's sartorial choices. "Please be sure that buttocks and female breasts are adequately covered," the e-mail reads. "Thong type costumes are problematic. Please avoid exposing bare flesh under curves of the buttocks and buttock crack. Bare sides or under curvature of the breasts is also problematic."

Chris Brown Community Service Scandal: Police Chief in Charge of Case Resigns

The Richmond, Va., police chief who signed off on Chris Brown's community service reports has resigned in an interesting new twist to this developing scandal.

Bryan Norwood was the one signing off on the singer's community service hours - which the L.A. County D.A. is now claiming were never performed.


Norwood was instrumental in removing Brown's case from the Richmond Probation Dept., which would have normally handled it, placing it in his own hands.
