Beyonce and Jay-Z are friends first

Beyonce told that the successfull relationship between her and her husband, rapper Jay-Z to be friends first. She has revealled her secrets of life in the documentary called "Beyonce:Life is but a Dream" in the coming Oprah's show.

In this clip from "Oprah's Next Chapter," Beyoncé tells Oprah she would not be the woman she is today if she didn't have Jay-Z in her life.

"It just gives me such a foundation," Beyoncé says of her marriage to Jay-Z. She tells Oprah that being friends for a year and a half before even dating helped to solidify their relationship. "Just to have someone that you just like is so important," she says. "And someone that is honest."
