Rihanna shares topless photo on twitter

London: After sharing a half-naked picture of Chris Brown on her bed, singer Rihanna has put up a topless picture of herself on her Twitter page.

Rihanna shed her top and left her black hot pants on, posing for the camera with her bare back exposed from the waist up, for the picture. Her face was turned provocatively over her shoulder.

Behind her stood a clothes rack with a few items on their hangers and some boxes and next to her was a bed with white quilt and pillows.

Rihanna posted the black and white photo on her Twitter page along with the message, "LondonNightLife," reports a website.

Brown and Rihanna are said to have reconciled after splitting from each other in 2009. But Rihanna, 24, is yet to confirm her relationship with Brown.

Rycroft sambas to victory on 'Dancing' all-stars edition

YEW YORK: Melissa Rycroft was crowned champion of the celebrity television competition "Dancing With the Stars" on Tuesday, propelled by perfect scores from the judges and fan votes which spelled victory for the television host.

Rycroft, a former Dallas Cowboys cheerleader who was also a contestant on the reality dating show "The Bachelor," danced with partner Tony Dovolani and dazzled the show's judges on Monday with a samba and a freestyle dance, both of which earned perfect 10 scores from all three judges.

The 15th season of the hit ABC dance competition brought back 13 former top competitors for a special "all-star" edition and concluded with its first-ever all female finale.

Olympic gymnast Shawn Johnson, who was third after Monday's show, was the season's runner-up, while "General Hospital" star Kelly Monaco placed third. Johnson and Rycroft both competed in the show's eighth season, but Johnson won while Rycroft came in third.

"Melissa thought she'd only get to week four," said host Tom Bergeron before presenting Rycroft and Dovolani with a special version of the show's mirror ball trophy at the conclusion of the live broadcast.

The dancers were ecstatic, and seemingly surprised, at their victory. Both were hoisted aloft by their fellow contestants as Bergeron proclaimed "What a feel-good win."

All three finalists performed one final dance on the live broadcast, which they were given less than an hour to rehearse.

Rycroft's samba scored a 28.5 from the judges. Their ratings for the couples' final three dances on Monday and Tuesday were combined with audience votes after Monday's show to determine the winner.

Other contestants from the season, including Bristol Palin, daughter of former Republican vice presidential nominee Sarah Palin, "Cheers" star Kirstie Alley, NSYNC singer Joey Fatone, actress Pamela Anderson and singer Drew Lachey appeared and performed on the finale, along with other previously eliminated contestants.

Aamir panik after khap killing

The murder in Bulandshahr of Abdul Hakim, a participant in Aamir Khan's Satyamev Jayate episode on honour killing, sent shockwaves across the country.

Coincidentally on Monday, Aamir happened to be quite close to the scene of the grisly crime in Meerut to meet Hindi crime-fiction writer Ved Prakash Sharma. Understandably, Aamir who was shocked by the crime spoke to the Meerut media expressing his strongest disapproval at the killing of a man who dared to marry outside his community.

Apparently Aamir's public expression of disapproval at a sensitive volatile issue put the Meerut administration on high alert, and he was escorted out of the city under heavy security.

Says a member of Aamir's team, "We don't know how much danger Aamir's vocal disapproval of the killing put him under. But the local administration in Meerut certainly took serious note of his concern for the killing and the negative effect Aamir's utterances might have had on certain radical sections of people in and around Meerut. Bulandshahr where the killing happened is only 42 miles away from Meerut. The administration felt that there could be a backlash."

Aamir, apparently, was unfazed. However, the Meerut administration insisted on escorting the actor's team out of Meerut on their journey by road to Delhi.

Says Aamir's team member, "We were accompanied by a posse of policemen and security personnel. It took quite a while for them to be collected together to accompany Aamir's road journey to Delhi from Meerut. By the time Aamir reached Delhi it was almost morning the next day."

The actor was actually in Meerut to meet pulp crime publisher and writer Ved Prakash Sharma. Says Aamir's team member, "Talaash is a crime saga in the old tradition of pulp crime thrillers. Meerut is the only city where a culture of crime fiction still exists. Aamir was in the city to meet Hindi crime fiction writer Ved Prakash Sharma who wrote crime bestsellers such as Pishach Sundari, Phir Aaya Toofan, Dadkan, etc."

MELBOURNE: Katie Holmes has allegedly been calling her daughter Suri by a new name — Sara — in public, while being surrounded by paparazzo.

According to a source, the newly single mum is referring her daughter by a different name in an effort to help disguise her identity, In Touch magazine reported.

The six-year-old, who appeared to be upset by the constant media attention from the paparazzo, was earlier called by this name by her mother in front of her Dead Accounts co-stars.

“Everyone in the world knows Suri Cruise, so if Katie or a babysitter says ‘Suri’ people immediately look to find her,” the Herald Sun quoted a source as telling the magazine.

On the other hand, the young celebrity is said to have taken to the new nickname, as she was spotted at a Build-a-bear Workshop back in August requesting that her bear be called ‘Sara.’
